Privacy Policy
This page explains what information is processed when you visit israeliptv.vip, when you send the order form and when you write to us on WhatsApp.
On the website
The site has no customer accounts and no newsletter, and it uses no advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, switched on at Cloudflare, counts page views and measures how fast pages load; it sets no cookie and does not identify you.
The order form
The order form asks for your name, email, phone number, country, the device and player app you use, the payment method you prefer and, if you wish, a note or a discount code. We use them to handle the order, send the payment details and your login, and help you with setup. The order is kept as a record of the sale. With it we store the IP address, the browser and the page you came from, to stop abuse of the form; those technical details are erased after 30 days. Orders that are cancelled, expire or are refunded are deleted after a year. Offers by email are sent only if you tick the box for them.
If you pick a US city next to the clocks on the home page, your browser keeps that choice in its local storage so the clocks open on your city next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
The web server and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This data is used for security and to deliver the pages. Cloudflare may set a cookie needed for that security function.
When you order on WhatsApp
When you message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp name and your messages. We use this information to handle your order, send your login and help you with setup. WhatsApp itself is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.
Payments
Payments are handled by the provider you choose: the card network and processor, PayPal, the crypto network or the gift card issuer, each under its own privacy terms.

You can ask us on WhatsApp what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, from the contact page.
Questions about this page
What do you do with my phone number?
It is used to reach you about your order on WhatsApp and to help with the setup. It is not sold, not added to a mailing list, and it is removed with the rest of the order details on the schedule described above.
Do you track me across other websites?
No. The site sets no advertising cookie and loads no social media widget. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without a cookie or a personal profile.
How do I ask for my details to be deleted?
Write on WhatsApp from the contact page with the email or phone number you used on the order form. The order record is deleted or anonymised, except what a completed payment requires us to keep.
