How WhatsApp contact works
The buttons open WhatsApp on your phone, or WhatsApp Web on a computer. The account uses an international number, and messages travel over your internet connection like any other WhatsApp message.
When you order
The order form opens with the plan (Home, Family or Complete 4K) and the length or number of screens you picked on its page, then asks for your details, your device and how you want to pay. Every price is listed in US dollars in the full price table.
Setup help
Tell us your device: Fire TV Stick, Android TV or Google TV, Samsung or LG Smart TV, Apple TV, iPhone, Android phone or computer. We tell you which player app fits and where to enter your login. If you watch on Roku, ask us before ordering.
Payment and refunds
Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, crypto (Bitcoin, USDT) or gift card. Plans do not renew automatically. If the service does not work within 7 days of activation and support cannot fix it, the refund policy applies.
Questions about this page
Do I have to write on WhatsApp to order?
No. The plan pages send you to an order form that takes your details and your payment method; WhatsApp opens afterwards with your order number so the payment details and your login can follow in one chat. Writing first is only for questions.
Can I ask which plan fits my TV before I pay?
Yes. Send the model of your TV, stick or box with the question button above, and we answer with the plan and the player app that fit it. The guide on apps and devices covers the common cases too.
Do you help with the setup after payment?
Yes. Your login comes with the steps for the device you named on the order form, and the same WhatsApp chat stays open if a step does not work as described.
